Yes. XPERISUS can design tailored Japan programs based on your brief, from complete itineraries to individual arrangements. We can also provide proposals and itineraries without XPERISUS branding, allowing you to feature them in your own catalog.
We offer net rates as standard, giving you the flexibility to apply your own markup. Share your preferred travel dates and program outline, and our team will review the possibilities with you.
Can XPERISUS arrange only part of a program?
Yes. XPERISUS can arrange individual services, such as a hotel stay, a private guide for the day, or a dining experience, as well as complete itineraries.
If you already have most of your client’s journey planned, we can take care of the specific arrangements you need in Japan.
What can XPERISUS arrange on the ground?
XPERISUS arranges accommodations, private guides, chauffeured transfers, dining, exclusive cultural experiences, and rail journeys throughout Japan. Each service is thoughtfully selected for its quality, level of service, and suitability for your clients.

English-speaking drivers cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability. All drivers we arrange are experienced professionals.
Which languages do XPERISUS guides speak?
XPERISUS guarantees English-speaking guides and can also arrange guides who speak French, Spanish, Chinese, or Korean, subject to availability.
We recommend requesting these languages as early as possible, as the number of available guides is limited.

Does XPERISUS operate the journey on the ground, or only make the bookings?
We do both: we arrange each service, from ryokan and private guides to chauffeured transfers, and we operate the journey on the ground in Japan. Our operations team is your point of contact.
Will XPERISUS contact our clients directly?
No. Your client relationship remains entirely yours. XPERISUS works behind the scenes, coordinating arrangements directly with your team.
