XPERISUS partners exclusively with travel advisors, travel agencies, and tour operators, under the following conditions.

| Pricing | We offer net rates as standard, allowing you to apply your own markup. Gross rates, inclusive of your commission, are also available upon request. |
| Branding | We can provide itineraries and quotations without XPERISUS branding, allowing you to present them under your own brand. |
| Consortium | No consortium membership is required. We also welcome partners affiliated with or referred by a consortium. |
| Scope | From a complete journey through Japan to individual arrangements, such as a hotel stay, a private guide for the day, or a dining experience. |
| Minimum budget | Minimum budgets vary depending on the nature and scope of each request. Our services are tailored to the luxury travel segment, and we will let you know if a request falls outside our scope. |
| Contact | You will have a dedicated point of contact within our operations team throughout the planning process. |
| Timing | We prioritize requests for travel within the next three months and provide an estimated timeline in our initial response. For peak seasons, we recommend reaching out as early as possible, as sought-after guides and ryokan are often booked well in advance. |
